Every TypePad import stuck at "Processing…" for days

    Imports from TypePad get stuck with message of:

    “Processing…

    We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

    Every import attempt. For days. I have another 10 <9 MB files to import and cannot have this happen every time.

    Can the current import be completed and some way to get this fixed be attempted?

    Hi Allison,

    Sure thing! I’ve gone ahead and killed that import. You should now be able to start a new one. If you continue to have trouble please don’t hesitate to let me know and I will see what I can do!
