  Hi there, phone support is not offered on WordPress.com, but there are plenty of other support options: https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/

  Rarely does an issue go unresolved in these forums, as WordPress.com staff can also intervene and help. So please state your issue!

  I had problems with my WordPress blog on my business account, (I am posing on my personal account and not my business account because I like to keep my business and personal blog separate from each other). I posted exactly what problems I needed to solve on the forums and WordPress staff told me how to solve them.

  I had problems with transferring my HTML code from Pen-io http://example-wwebsite.pen.io/ (Using an example site to hid my real business blog) to my business WordPress blog. The staff told me how to do it and I had to pay a fee to get membership to do it. My entire lifetime savings went onto the WordPress fees to build my business Blog.

  You haven’t told us what are the problems that need solving and I would suggest that you create a new thread that tells people, including staff, what problems you have.
