  Hello. I’m lost at the moment. I want to build a blog but I am just so overwhelmed with everything and it’s so frustrating. Right now I can’t even install a theme. I tried to reset everything but I seem to have the same problems. I’d be so thankful if you could help me get out of this hole.

  I’d love to help, but http://lettersfromtokyo.com/ is not hosted on our servers, so we have no control at all over how that site works. It’s listed in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via a plugin called Jetpack, but your site is built using the open source version of WordPress that’s made by the community on WordPress.org.

  I see you’re hosted with Bluehost.com, so try contacting their support first, in case they’re able to help with this.
