Everything in italics
-
So randomly one day, my entire blog turned italics. I thought maybe it was my web browser (I use Chrome), but I have the same problem with Firefox and IE.
I’ve seen similar topics on this issue, and the answer is always that somewhere in the code, there is an open somewhere. So the person needs the put a and everything is good again.
Well, I can’t find an anywhere, I’m not even sure this is my problem. Anyone have any ideas? Here’s a link to my site: http://lindsaybethlogan.wordpress.com/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have an open HTML tag in a post or a text widget.
After you go here and enable this > Settings > Writing
Formatting
_ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically
“save changes”See here for sorting this out > http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/layout-issues/

Okay, so can’t figure out how to edit the post (today is going so well) so let me post edits here:
I’ve seen similar topics on this issue, and the answer is always that somewhere in the code there is an open < em> somewhere, so the person needs to put a < /em> and everything is good again.
Well, I can’t find an < em> anywhere, I’m not even sure that is my problem.
Thanks again, guys.

You start by enabling the setting as I explained above. Then you have to open each post in the HTML editor and find it. As I said above it may be in a text widget.

BTW this blog is not appearing in all italics for me in IE11, Chrome 37 and Firefox 32 http://lindsaybethlogan.wordpress.com/
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

That is so weird. I checked all posts for an open tag, found nothing (though I guess there definitely isn’t one since it’s fine for you). Just cleared browser cache and no change. I’m at a loss.
