    My websites are gone…And I also paid for a business plan but its not there

  • When I visit it is forwarding me to https://ikaruga2012.com/. There is a site with content titled “From Zero to One: A Site for Photos” that is loading without problems.

    Is this behavior different than what you are expecting to see when you go to that address?

    As far as the business plan goes, I am a volunteer and cannot see the details of your account. There is already a modlook tag in the sidebar, so a staff member can take a look and verify that for you.

    You can also see your purchase and billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing which may give you a better idea of the situation with your paid plan.

    If you do have a paid plan you also have access to live chat and email support. You can access that at https://wordpress.com/help/contact.

    ikaruga2012.wordpress.com is owned by another WordPress.com account, which is why it isn’t listed in your account. Please log out of richardtargett1986 and log back in with the username richardtargett instead — you should then be able to see the site in that account.

    Once logged into that account, you can either reply here or use the direct support included in your plan if you need help finding a particular upgrade:

    Okay it seems at home, I went and tried and its there now, but the business plan I paid for isnt there.

  • @richardtargett I actually don’t see a business plan purchase on this account or evidence that there ever has been one. Could there be yet another account you’re referring to? Do you remember what day you bought the plan?

    I have a wordpress on my bank statment, I thought it was this account the business plan would work for.

    I did and it didn’t find it. Could I take a.photo. I paid and I’m lost. Maybe I’m looking at the wrong number on the sheet. I sent a.ticket when nothing happened and got back j nothing for

  • Our billing team replied to the ticket you sent two days ago. If you did not receive their reply it’s possible it went into Spam in your email account. Also make sure to check the Social and Updates folders in Gmail, as our emails often wind up there instead of the inbox.

    I put in the correct charges on the input and it said it didnt find it. I looked on my bank satement.

    I had a look at your purchases and found out that you purchased a Premium plan for two years which costs $216. If you want to upgrade to the Business plan you can pay the difference which is $189.

    Log in to that account so that you can manage your upgrades.

    It’s not working in the app. And it won’t let me login without only an email which takes me to something different.

    It’s not working anymore on phone. Maybe I’m doing something wrong
