everything on my site has been deleted! HELP!!!

  I have a website through you and when I went to log in it kept saying that my password was wrong (I know it wasn’t). So I changed my password through the email link and now it is saying that my username is a new account and none of my settings have been saved. I am still able to look at my webpage yet I cannot log into that to change anything and when I log into my user name it says that it is a brand new account with no settings. I need to update things on my website. PLEASE HELP!
