Everything reverts back to defualt?

I use this Twenty Seventeen theme everything was all set and fine but when i upgraded plan all the set up reverted back to default. Any help to recover all the set up?

Could you detail what you have lost. Pages that need adding back to your menu? Supply more details as this thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

Hi!
As you see from the site right now. At first the header image just disappeared. But when I fixed that, the menu tabs are all gone ( but all the pages are still in dashboard, except that there are default pages like Homepage Section, About .. added back!) Also you’ll see some nice food photos automatically added in homepage now which I have no idea where they’re from (guess they’re selection of default pic) instead of my pages panel that I set up.
