Everytime I go to make a new post, it logs me out and then tells me invalid?

Everytime I want to make a new post, it logs me out, then i keep trying to log in with my appropriate log in info, and it says invalid password. However, I know the log in info is correct, because I continuously keep changing my password. Any idea what is causing this and blocking me from making new posts to my site? Did someone hack me? thank you in advance.
