Ex employee.. Unable to access account.
-
Salutations.
Several years ago the company I work for hired a person to be our marketing manager, run our affiliate program and they in turn setup a free WordPress.com site in our name. Later on they were fired and it has been reveled they email address used to register the WP Blog was probably their own personal account, and not our company as was required.
The result is we are unable to login to this account, or reset the password.
Is there is process that can be followed for these situations? Any suggestions welcome.
Regards,
Jacob.

Blogs are actually the property of the users who register them. We can give you access to the account, but we would need to either see the owner reply here with confirmation, receive an email from the email address on the account, or receive the account’s API key.
