  Hi want to create a website related to Ex President Joyce Banda
  but not able to do so as wordpress says it already exists ? plz help

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot register a URL that has already been registered, even if it has been deleted. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled here and you can confirm by reading:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  However, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
