Ex-user getting notifications

I am no longer a user on a site that I set up, but my profile is still linked to that site. I am still getting notification on this site which is annoying. How do I get wordpress to recognise that I am no longer a user?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am still seeing you as both being an administrator and an owner of that blog.
If you no longer want the blog, perhaps you should transfer ownership of the site and upgrades to whomever is the new user/administrator.

Now, that is for the WordPress.com version. I am also seeing that journeyofastickman.com is currently set up as a jetpack connected WordPress.org site under your account, so this may be what you are referring to (and if so, my previous comment about transferring would not apply). I can disconnect that Jetpack connection, however, if the site is still active, there is a good chance that someone will just connect it again.
Can you give me an idea of what sort of notifications you are getting?

Thanks, please disconnect me from jetpack on that site for me. The site is getting spammed constantly and so I miss my only notification due to such a long list of spam comments. The person who has taken over admin of this site isn’t doing anything about it
