How can I import Excel-tables on site and make it more comfortable for visitors? May be I can install some free plugin for this purpose?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com blogs have built-in plugins only.
You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
