    We’d love to help, but this plugin was developed by a different company/developer, so we are unable to help with this. However, I checked the plugin page and noticed that it was last updated three years ago, so it’s possible there’s a compatibility issue with the current versions of WordPress.

    Here’s what I suggest next:

    1. Post on the plugin’s support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wpxlsdata/ (You will need to log in with a free WordPress.org account.)
    2. If the plugin support is unresponsive, look for a different plugin that may work with Excel: https://wordpress.com/plugins?s=excel
