Excerpt for Placeholder Post will not update

    Hello-

    When I share my post on social media, the post link still shows “This is the excerpt for a placeholder post. Click edit…”

    I edited the posts already, and the text should updating when I share the link.
    Any thoughts on why it is still showing the placeholder text and not text from blog post?

    One more other issue…when I share the homepage link on FB , for instance, the image that would normally appear is not there. Is this a WordPress issue or Facebook?
