excerpt on front page

  Hi,
  I want to find out how to add an excerpt on the front page of my blog. I’m using the theme: “Apostrophe” and the posts go up automatically onto the front page. thank you, eoin

  Hi Eoin,

  the theme you’re using won’t allow adding excerpts to the blog page so, if this is something you’d like, I’d suggest checking out these other themes:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/blog-excerpts/emacl.wordpress.com

  To activate the excerpts, you’ll go to My Site>Design>Customize>Content options. I hope that helps :)
