  i would like to change my settings from excerpts to full view of my posts. kindly assist me

  Then you will have to select another theme https://wordpress.com/themes/ that does not automatically display front page excerpts.

  Good afternoon,

  Within your “Customizer” you should find “Content Options” . In there it will allow you to change from Post Excerpt to Full Post.

  You cannot compel any theme to behave in any way it is not deigned to behave in. Are you clear on that? See here https://penscratchdemo.wordpress.com/
