Excerpts not working

  Excerpts are not working on my categories list like this one:
  http://www.thesolodrifter.com/category/visa-guide/

  I already checked the ‘excerpts’ box under screen option but still nothing, it’s displaying the full content on my post.

  I’m using elementor by the way to create my posts, the excerpts worked once but after a while it displayed again the full post.

  I just want that for all the categories of my post they’re only in excerpts with no read more button or words after like ‘continue reading’. Just a simple […] at the end of every category post. I hope I explained this well. Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Your site is not on WordPress.com, but is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. We don’t have any access to that site, so we’re not able to help with this.

  How excerpts behave is usually controlled by the theme, so I recommend you contact your theme’s developer for help with this.

  I see, sorry about this. Logging into wp.com and org also is confusing.
