Excerpts on categories

  Hey
  I can’t seem to figure out how to show only excerpts, image and date of the posts on my category pages. There used to be an “editor” page a while ago, where this could be done, but where has that gone?
  I’m not big on coding and stuff, but do I need to downloade my theme in order to do it? I’m using Hemingway Rewritten :)

  Could you try creating excerpts using the instructions in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/excerpts/ and see if it helps?

  Thanks for your quick answer! I’ve tried this though, but that only creates excerpts on the front page, and I want the full posts to show there and only have excerpts in the category pages, if that makes sense? :D

  I am fairly sure, most themes doesn’t support creating excerpts in category pages. There may be some exceptions but I am not aware of any.
