Exchange of Domain and Premium Theme

    Hi I recently purchased a domain/site name and also a wordpress premium theme. I’d like to exchange both the domain name and the premium theme for a different domain name and premium theme due to a change in my business. How do I do this?

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid that neither your domain nor your theme is eligible for a refund any longer. All of our products can be cancelled and refunded within the first 30 days of purchase except for domains which can only be refunded within the first 48 hours. Both your domain and your theme were purchased almost nearly 50 days ago.

    I’m sorry that I’m not able to help with this. I wish I had better news.
