Exchange pictures on all pages

  Hey everyone,

  I want to exchange a picture which is on every single site of a product.
  Although I don’t want to edit 300 pages and change the picture on every single one.

  Is there any way or plugin I can select the picture which is on every site and exchange it with another one?
