I changed one of my blogs’ domain to http://talcohen.wordpress.com (previously http://talkohen.wordpress.com), and automatically a new blog was created for http://talkohen.wordpress.com. How do I exchange the two?

If what you are wanting to do is switch back then I cannot find any instructions for doing that. Have you tried simply following those instructions and reversing what you did previously? Perhaps another Volunteer or Staff can help.

I tried, and it says that there’s already a blog registered under that domain, because it automatically created one.

Both blogs are live – what if you exported from one and imported into the one you want to use? then set the unused blog to Private and save it for a rainy day or to play with.

No. You cannot import content into a non-existent site!

Do not delete a site unless you comprehend that doing so means it’s gone forever and the URL cannot be recycled and reused by you or anyone else.
delete blog > http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
no recycling > http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

There’s nothing specific I wanna do, yet. I just want to know what I can and can’t do.
I wanted to know, for example, if I can save myself a domain I intend to use in the near future without having a blog under it. Now I see that I can’t.
