exclude function for gallery

  Hi I’am user of my own little wordpress blog and I have a problem.
  If I want to add a gallery into my article, the gallery automatically contains all images I used for the article. Is it possible to exclude some pictures, that function would be very helpfull!

  specifically http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/#gallery-shortcode and you will have to edit the Gallery shortcode in the HTML editor.
