Excluding a category from the Category Cloud Widget

  I do not know how to exclude the category “uncategorized” or any other category from the Category Cloud Widget. I am using Triton Lite Theme. It ask me to enter in the category ID I wish to exclude. I do not know how to find the category ID but have tried the name of the category and everything else I can think of. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

  Go to Posts > Categories, hover over category name, look at the progress/status bar of your browser; or hover over category name, click Edit, look at the address bar of the browser.

  Thanks that worked. I had even tried pasting the whole url in there but I never noticed the category id number.
