Excuse but your u tube is not working

I transfered over from windows live space and I attempting to post some u tube music videos. However whenever I post the URL to embed the video, when you click on the video it says: “The Video contains content from UMG. It is restricted from playback on certain sites. Watch it on Utube.” Even your video sample says the same thing.
I am not impressed with his new wordpress blog as not only did I lose a beautiful pictures viewer I had on my old windows live but now I cannot even post any videos! I love posting videos and now I cannot post any videos by embedding which is a huge disappointment. But in addition when I use the so called URL way, the video does not even play! Now unless someone has an answer for this then I am on my way to looking for a new blog. I do not know why windows live had to change over to word press, when it was perfectly fine by itself.
Regardless, if anyone out there has any tips or suggestions in terms of video embedding including url I would appreciate it. I know I am not doing anything wrong so the error is on wordpress part.
