exerpts to drop down posts on the same page

    Hi, I’m looking for a solution to the following problem, hope someone here can help or give some suggestions!
    I don’t want to show all full posts on my first page but I also want to avoid a lot of clicking back and forth, which would be neccessary with exerpts or similar functions.
    Therefore I’m wondering if there is any theme or function where I can have posts summaries (exerpts) on the first page but that when you click to read more the full post “drop down” so you can read it on the same page and still continue scrolling down to other posts ?
    I’m not sure what it might be called so it’s been difficult to search for such functions, any suggestions?
