Exford button hover states

  I have a similar issue to this https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/cookie-color-mobile-button-color-css/

  I changed my theme colour to light blue but the hover colours of the buttons are still green. I don’t have access to add in additional css as I’m on the basic version, is there anything I can do?

  That thread is a couple years old and the same css may no longer be effective. We will need to know the site involved in order to take a closer look.
