Hi there. You can enable photo metadata which will display in the image gallery carousel in your media settings: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/media-settings/#image-gallery-carousel
To have it appear by individual images in your posts you’ll have to insert it by hand. You can either add it as regular text in your post, or as the caption when you insert/edit the image.
I also think some themes display that data if you post in the image post format. I want to remember seeing that on a blog somewhere, but I’m not sure.

The EXIF data will display in the Carousel if it hasn’t been stripped out during image optimization. So never use the “save for web” setting when saving.
You should always optimize your images before uploading in order to maximize your 3GB storage space and retain image clarity. There are a number of suggestions on this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/image-optimization/ and I can also recommend http://www.jpegmini.com to help slim down your images without changing their clarity.

When I upload my photo with the new posting form, the EXIF data doesn’t appear.
If I use the classic, appears without problem.
How can I solve this problem?
