Existing .ca domain transfer question

  Hey! I currently own Evisceradio.ca, and wish to transfer to my website here. I did read on your pricing page that I cannot transfer this .ca address due to it’s perceived price? But yet I see it available for purchase for 20$. Am I looking at this the wrong way?

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/ says that you can create a new .ca domain at WordPress.com but you cannot transfer an existing one. You can however keep your domain where it is and map it to https://evisceradio.wordpress.com/ by purchasing an upgraded plan.
