  Hi, we own a domain with GoDaddy and we want to bring it WordPress, on the £3 monthly plan can we use our own domain and if so how do we migrate it? Thanks

  Hi there,

  let me explain two scenarios:

  1. Your site uses an open-source version of WordPress
  2. Your site uses the website builder offered by GoDaddy

  If it’s powered by WordPress, one of the methods described here can be used to migrate it to WordPress.com.

  If it was built using GoDaddy’s own website builder Since the GoDaddy builder isn’t compatible with WordPress, then follow this guide:
  https://wordpress.com/support/import/converting-an-html-site-to-wordpress/

  There are two options for using the existing domain as well:

  Alternatively, you can keep your current domain with your current hosting provider and connect here as well with any of WordPress.com plans:
