Existing Domain Mapping

  I am trying to map an existing domain to my site on WordPress. When I go to the Domain Mapping page and enter my domain it says it can be mapped to but when I click “Map Now” nothing happens, I think this is because I have not purchased the $13 upgrade referenced on the Domains information page. I cannot see any way to purchase this upgrade as when I go to the upgrades page it redirects me to the premium plans.
