  Hi, I have an existing domain name which I have never used, with Go Daddy. I am required to start a blog for my university course, and hope to use this domain. What is the best, cheapest way for me to do this?

  If you wish to move your domain and transfer here at WordPress.com then refer below link
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  In both cases you need have upgraded WordPress.com plan
