Existing domain on new Premium upgrade?

  I just added WordPress.com Premium. I own several domains through WordPress. How do I associate one of them to my new Premium upgrade?

  It looks like you canceled/refunded the WordPress.com Premium in your account. If you would like to upgrade to Premium, please let me know and I can include one of the domains to that upgrade!
