  I’m trying to add a user, but WP says the user already exists. He does not. What to do?

  Hi –

  Please let me know the username that you are trying to add and the site that you’re trying to add them to. That info will help me take a look.

  One other thing to try while you wait to hear back from me would be to clear your browser cache. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Afterwards, try again and see if you can add them.
