Existing Site Pages not Found

  Hi,
  A few of my students have given me feedback that after their latest site update, all their site pages (except the Homepage) are ‘Not Found’ in the published site. However, they can still update the pages and see the changes only within the site editor.

  I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

  hi,

  or ask them to create a ticket for their individual site?

  They can create tickets the same way you do.
  They sign in to WordPress.com with their account and then post their problem in en.forums.wordpress.com/support

  I see. I will inform them to do that.
  Meanwhile, please take a look at their site and see if the problem can be resolved (they will need it resolved as soon as possible).

  Sorry for the late reply.
  From my side, I can only provide a screenshot of what i see on the live site:
  

  I have asked my students (the site editors) to contact WordPress Support on their own.
  Hopefully this issue could be resolved soon.

  Can you tell me their WordPress.com account names ?
  For example, your account name is bbtjondro.
  With their account names, I can retrieve their support tickets.
