We have an existing webpage that is being built by a web designer. We are not happy with the progress and we wish to take it over and design it ourselves. He has already been paid for his work. How can we access the webpage and re-design it to our liking?

We own the website domain, and wish to take over the design and updating process. We started with Squarespace, but he had us switch to WordPress. The information we do know is that the website is hosted by GoDaddy and cPanel is part of that.
