  I have a website that was built by some fly-by-night outfit that used WordPress. After they built site they disappeared so I moved it to Godaddy – GoDaddy says they can’t/won’t help me with updates-general maintenance because the site was built using code. I need help with small updates from time to time. If I moved to you guys could you help me with this?

  We take care of hosting and security on WordPress.com, along with the maintenance associated with that. While we can offer advice, we are unable to make changes on your behalf — in the way a developer and client usually work together.

  It’s worth noting we don’t provide FTP access on WordPress.com so code maintenance isn’t going to be something you need to do.
