  Hello. I have started a new job where the business already has a wordpress website. I’m unsure whether it’s premium business or free account. It has been left by several members of staff who are no longer in post. So I am looking for some advice to change things. Thanks

  Hi @bethanbmbc,

  You can view the type of plan by going to “Managing Purchases” in the Dashboard: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  If it says, “Looking to Upgrade?” then the account is under a free plan.

  Ah I don’t have access to that. How do I know who is the site creator? Thanks
