I bought this domain from WordPress. I need help to produce my site – initially only one page. It is to help me self-publish my first book. The dashboard is doesn’t help me at all.
The site I need help with is hertspublishing.co.uk. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Are you sure you bought the domain here at WordPress.com? A search shows it was registered with 1&1/IONOS.
If your site is indeed hosted somewhere other than here at WordPress.com and just uses the wordpress software then the correct support forum is
