Expand comments – Site only used for comments

  • Unknown's avatar

I would like to expand the comments on my main page so that they are immediately shown when a user loads up on my WordPress main page, not just for example showing the “3 comments” button. I see from the forums why this may not be desirable, but my situation is very different. I am using WordPress strictly for users to add comments about my existing Non-Wordpress page, and it is used for no other content or reason. My main web page was not built with WordPress and I just have a pointer to the WordPress comments page. The problem is that when the comments are not expanded, it is very easy for users to quickly look at the page, think there are no comments, and then exit immediately. I am using the Twenty Ten theme.
