Expanding the mb size of upload file sizes

  Hi my name is Shaquille and I own the webhost site ‘shaqbeats.com’. I would like to know if the size of files you are able to upload can be increased to accommodate larger file sizes. My Intention is to build a shop within WordPress that will allow me to sell downloadable music files (up to 100mb in size) and I understand the current limit is roughly 35mb. How would go about increasing the file size capacity?

  Hi there, just to clarify, are you moving the site to our services or are you hoping to get this increased with your current host?

  If the issue is with your current host, you’ll want to reach out them directly. We’re a separate host :) WordPress is free software, but this setting is likely a server setting.

  If you’re uploading here — I haven’t seen issues with audio or video files that size.

  I think that makes sense thank you! I’ve spoken to a few people and they all also said I should contact my host! Thank you for the information!
