  Hi,
  please I need some help.
  On May 19 2014, I hired the expansion space 10 GB.
  The problem is that it automatically renewed every year and I have to pay each year… I tried to disable the self-renewal because I only needed those 10 GB and nothing else.
  I got in touch with you and you have me removed those 10 Gb already had contracts.
  Please, I need those 10 GB of space on my website. And they are already paid.

  All upgrades are paid per year, per blog. If you want to use the 10 GB upgrade, then you must pay for it each year.

  That storage space does not belong to you: it’s a subscription which you must purchase each year in order to keep using it.

  Tess, it sounds like he accidentally ended up cancelling the upgrade when he tried disabling auto-renewal.

  The additional space has to be renewed annually, it’s not a one-time purchase.

  But now I want to recover the 10 GB. Someone deleted it, not me. I paid in May 2014 and has not yet been a year.

  When you look at your upgrades, do you still see the 10 GB upgrade you paid for in May of this year? If that is the one which was cancelled then you’ll have to pay to make it work again.

  Just a question, but after looking at your website, I don’t understand why you need the extra storage space? You photos are of reasonable size that you should be able to have space for thousands. I didn’t see any video uploads, only YouTube embeds. Neither did I notice any auto you uploaded to your site. I just wonder if you really do need to have a space upgrade.
