Expected wait time

  I started a thread yesterday afternoon and know that I need Staff help. I did the same exact thing as this resolved issue:

  A few hours after I posted I added the modlook tag (since no one can fix it but someone with behind the scenes access), but it’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t had a response from any Moderators. Is that normal? How long should I wait?

  This is the thread from yesterday. I was flummoxed and didn’t explain myself well, hence several posts. Oops!

  The staff just started a company wide meetup for this week – they are all getting together in a secret location to plot how to take over the world (honest :) )

  the will be checking the forum from time to time but nobody knows their schedule or if there is a schedule – you are around the top of the list
