Experiencing 404 Error on WordPress Site, Limited Access to PHP Files

    Hi everyone,

    I’m encountering a frustrating issue with my WordPress website hosted on GoDaddy. Recently, whenever I try to access certain pages or posts, I’m greeted with a 404 error message, indicating that the resource cannot be found on the server.

    Background:

    My GoDaddy account primarily allows me to manage nameservers, and I don’t have direct access to the PHP files of my WordPress site.
    I suspect that there might be an issue with the configuration or setup, but without access to the PHP files, I’m unsure how to proceed.
    Request for Assistance:

    Is there a way to troubleshoot and resolve 404 errors without direct access to PHP files?
    Are there any alternative methods or tools I can use to restore the functionality of my website?
    Has anyone else experienced similar issues with GoDaddy hosting and WordPress, and if so, how did you resolve them?

    We can’t help as your site iosn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact Godaddy support to solve this problem yourself.
