  I am not able to customize my web site. this error is showing.
  ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions’.

  Hi there,

  Your website is not hosted on WordPress.com servers, but uses the open source WordPress.org software and it is being hosted at another hosting provider.

  You can ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead; or contact your hosting provider (indianetcraft.com).

  It looks like your site is hosted outside of WordPress. It would be best to ask for help at the WordPress.org forums here https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not the same and you can learn about what makes them different at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
