Experiencing trouble changing Blog Avator

  Hi there i recently tried to change my Blog avator.
  But i cant seem to be able to locate the image tool, used to make the changes its not displaying any where on the page after clicking on the general Tab.
  Id appreciate it if anyone could give me some insight on as to what i am most likely doing wrong.

  Image tool? There is none. You just go to your Profile page and upload the image there. It’s not on the blog settings, it’s your own personal profile page.

  Nope sorry i cant locate the Image tool in my profile, its not on display any where on my profile page.
