  j’avais renouvelé automatiquement mon site et je ne comprend pas pourquoi regulierement on me dit qu’il va expirer et qu il faut renouveler …
  je suis perdue ,je ne comprend pas

  Hi Véronique,

  Can you please try going to your My Upgrades (Mes Extensions) page again and clicking the Renew Now (Renouveler) button? Then, you can follow the instructions on the screen to make sure your domain is renewed for another year.

  Please let me know if you have any trouble with that. :)

  Hello

  Yesterday I redid the transaction with my new card … ok it was noted on the site .
  And now when I reopen my site, apparently there is a page that appears to layer with a small robot called me to renew .. for € 26
  when I click it I get a page that asks me € 78 …?
  so I went in extensions .. it is written: status: renew but no longer the button to click .. and it is true that I restored yesterday the new coordinates of my card (this is twice that I do …)

  Your domain decoration-horscadre.com was successfully renewed and is now valid through February 13, 2015. You don’t need to do anything more to renew your domain.

  If you are still seeing error messages about that domain, you may need to refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble with this.
