    Hi there:

    The upgrade for the site alexander-lettings.co.uk is under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise.

    It looks like the Business subscription expired, but the website can still be seen at https://alexanderlettings.wordpress.com/.

    You would need to log into the account that owns the upgrade in order to reinstate that plan. Then, since the domain is not hosted here, you would also need to update the domain nameservers to point back to the site (it’s redirecting to the incorrect alexander-lettings.wordpress.com domain currently).
