  lawbolinger.com just expired and I’m unable to get back on to renew because I have other sites; help pls

  lawbolinger.com is owned by another WordPress.com account, which is why there is no renewal option from the one you are contacting us from.

  Please try logging out of WordPress.com and log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, you should see the option to renew this domain from the Manage Purchases page.

  I tried the account recovery but it says my contact email is the same as my account so use password reset;

  from the Reader page it looks like I used bobbol as a user name; so I tried that as the user name but now the acct recovery page is saying my site: lawbolinger.com does not exist; (I did miss the renewal end of November) suggestions pls… thx

  Hi there,

  The domain and site belongs to the username, bobbol, yes. It looks like the password for that account was successfully reset around 11 hours ago, though. Have you been able to regain access?

  If so, you should be able to renew the domain from the Purchases page now.

  The account recovery form expects the WordPress.com address of the site, lawbolinger.wordpress.com, not your custom domain.
