    hello, my account has recently expired and i would like to renew it immediately. I went to renew it and it said user not found and i was unable to log in.

    Okay, now I understand.
    If you didn’t pay, and want to pay for a subscription on Your WordPress.com account, these steps could help out.

    Keep in mind that you may want to check and manage your memberships to check if you have already paid or not. This ensures that you aren’t paying twice or an error occurs. You can do this by:

    “Little Person Icon” > Manage Purchases.

    Hello there, while we are waiting for Staff, it looks like the domain jennakline.com is hosted at Squarespace and the domain itself is registered with Tucows.

    Can you let us know what it is you are trying to renew on WordPressdotcom? Thanks.

    Yes, as @justjennifer mentioned, jennakline.com is no longer registered with us, but with Tucows. Looks like the domain was transferred away from us back in July. Is that what you are trying to renew with us?

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing jelliebeers.com. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. It’s under a different WordPress.com account/username

    To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

    Hello – i am completely unable to login to the jelliebeers.com account – it says account not found – since i am no longer able to access the site at all i am not sure of this exact information – username is jelliebeers and the account is jelliebeers.com – is this what you mean by account name? – is this enough information? Is the website and username not enough? I am getting very worried that i have completely lost the website contents and it seems like the matter needs to be handled quickly so i don’t loose my site… Is there a privet chat option i can access?

    hello – lizkarkoski – issue has been solved thank you so much! i went to fill out that form and it suggested that i reset my password – i tried that the other day and it didn’t work but today it did and i was able to pay – thanks!! thanks everyone!
