  need assistance updating my subscription

  The site I need help with is porkchopdupree.wordpress.com.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What subscription exactly are you trying to update?

  I had this domain with you at the Business Level package so that the wordpress branding would be not shown and it could be reached as barbecuenation.com, but it seems the credit card expired and I was unaware of this.

  I h ave modified the template, as I can’t find the template it used to be on. What do I need to do to get things back where they were.

  Ok, the site is still operating under https://barbecuenation.wordpress.com and the plan fully expired on May 25.

  You can purchase a new plan from https://wordpress.com/plans

  Ok, got it. I did purchase a new plan today, but I mistakenly got Premium instead of Business. Can I switch the Premium to Business?

  And if I do will I be able to see my original temp

  You can upgrade from Premium to Business from Upgrades ->Plans in the dashboard. You’ll only pay the difference in cost between the plans if you upgrade now.

  You’ll also need to add a new domain mapping upgrade to reconnect your domain – it’s still pointed to us, but the upgrade is needed to complete the connection on our end. Go to Upgrades ->Domains ->Add New, and select the option to use a domain you already own to add that upgrade.

  And just so you have all the details, the reason my colleague didn’t see any past purchases for you is because the plan and domain mapping for this site was originally bought by another account, worldscooleststuff. That account is also the owner of the site itself – the porkchopdupree account you’re using to post here is an admin on that site, but not the site owner. However, as an admin you are able to buy upgrades for the site, and it shouldn’t in any way affect your ability to manage the site.
